I have been buying parts for a long time, there is no good source in Canada, and if there is or was they were buying it from the states and would be paying the same import duties/taxes you would and still charging you for them. As well as marking up the cost of the parts. Best bet and safest bet.... Call Specialty Z or email Bernie.
